Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Traviadator is a browser extension that helps players manage raid/farm lists in the Travian browser game. The extension parses, exports, imports, and injects farm list data within the game interface.

2. Account & Subscription

• You must create an account to access premium features
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal — access remains until the current billing period ends

3. Acceptable Use

• You may use Traviadator for personal game management only
• Account sharing is not permitted — each subscription is for one user
• You are responsible for your use of the extension within the game's terms of service

4. Disclaimer

Traviadator is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Travian Games GmbH. Use of this extension is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences within the game resulting from the use of this tool.

5. Promotional Codes

• Promotional codes (e.g. first-month-free) apply only to the first billing cycle of a new subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise
• After the promotional period ends, the subscription renews automatically at the regular advertised price unless cancelled before the next billing date
• One promotional code per customer, per subscription. Codes cannot be combined or stacked.
• Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for refunds
• We may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at our discretion at any time. Subscriptions already created with a code before the change are not affected.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Refund requests after the 14-day window are considered case-by-case at our discretion.

Approved refund = immediate cancellation. When a refund is issued, your subscription is terminated on the spot and your account reverts to the Free tier. You will not retain paid access for the remainder of the original billing period.

Deleting your account from the Account page cancels your active subscription immediately (no future charges) and permanently erases your data. Refunds for unused portions of the current billing period are not automatic — contact support@traviadator.com if you believe a refund is warranted.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
